The Purpose Forward Healing Check-In is a faith-inspired coaching and self-reflection resource. It is not a psychological assessment, diagnosis, therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or crisis service.
It does not replace support from a licensed mental health, medical, legal, or crisis professional. The assessment results are not clinical findings and should not be used as such.
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when creating your account
- Use the service for personal reflection and growth only
- Do not share your account credentials with others
- Respect the privacy of other users
- Do not attempt to access other users' data
Email Communications
By providing consent, you agree to receive your Healing Check-In results, course messages, encouragement, and information about Purpose Forward Coaching programs. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not send promotional emails to subscribers who did not consent.
Limitation of Liability
Purpose Forward Coaching and Coach Tonya Small are not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the content of this app. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account, assessment answers, journal entries, course progress, and email subscription at any time through My Account. Consent records are retained as legally required.
